This Molecular Biologist Is Here To Explain Exactly How THC Completely Kills Cancer

HigherPerspective | The Rundown Live

I think I’ve heard it about a billion times now that cannabis can kill cancer cells. What I’ve never been able to say for sure is how it’s done. Enter Dr. Christina Sanchez, a molecular biologist at Compultense University in Madrid, Spain. In the video above, she clearly explains how it is that cannabinoids are able to kill cancer cells.

Cannabinoids are compounds that include cannabinol and the active constituents of cannabis. They are responsible for activating cannabinoid receptors in the body, which causes the body to produce compounds called endocannabinoids, which play a role in providing a healthy environment inside of the body.

Pretty neat, huh?

Check out Dr. Sanchez’s video above. She breaks it down way better than we could.
