Better described as The Ministry of Truth, Statistics Canada are alarmed at the decreasing response rates of their surveys.
The bureau says the declines are “threatening the quality of official statistics” and could “lead some to question the usability of the data itself.” In this video Dan Dicks of Press For Truth explains how the state should not be surveying people, especially since you can’t plan public services based on surveys. Historic experience, plus a wealth of economists, have already demonstrated that only free market prices can allocate resources in an efficient way.
