State Rep: It’s Unfair to Make Kids Recite the “Untrue” Declaration of Independence

Now the Declaration of Independence is essentially being labeled racist by elected representatives in the halls of state government because it was written during the time of slavery. Who knows, maybe Rep. Norton will ask if they can ban it for being offensive as well. Once history gets edited, rewritten and deleted, it’ll be that much easier for it to be repeated.

Every single day lately the fact that Idiocracy is a documentary is reaffirmed tenfold.
