Mobile County Public School officials have forced a 5-year-old to sign a “school contract” stating she wouldn’t kill herself or anyone else at school after pointing a crayon at another student and allegedly saying “pew pew”, according to KSNTV.

Rebecca, mother of the 5-year-old child,  is furious over the schools actions who went to the extreme of forcing her 5-year-old daughter to take a psychological exam to evaluate her for suicidal thoughts and delivered a safety contract to sign stating she wouldn’t commit homicide or suicide.

“While I was in the lobby waiting, they had my 5-year-old sign a contract about suicide and homicide?” Rebecca says. “There should be a different way to handle this situation. If this is protocol it needs to be looked at again.”

Rebecca is trying to have the incident removed from her child’s school history and records. She says school officials have requested her child see a psychiatrist. She refused

“This isn’t right. She’s 5 years old. Most of these words on here, she’s never heard in her life,” said Rebecca.
