The U.S. Department of State considers Sonora, Mexico a key region of the international drug trade. All that separates Sonora from Arizona is the border fence, and these two Mexican youths scaled it like it was nothing. If the Mexican news reporter who caught them on video hadn’t scared them off, they likely would have successfully trafficked whatever they had in their backpacks. As it was, the American border patrol noticed nothing out of the ordinary, and the Mexican nationals made it onto and off of U.S. soil uncontested. How do you think we should protect the U.S. borders?
