Meteorologist Admits Military Released Metals from Airplanes that Reached Weather Pattern

A meteorologist who works for a NBC affiliate in the Connecticut area, admits that the military released chaff from airplanes and the heavy metals in the spray began rotating northwest around the low pressure system over Connecticut.

Chaff is occasionally detected on weather radar and is comprised of small pieces of metal that are used as radar countermeasures in the military.

There are many theories on the spraying of metals into the atmosphere, could this just be a cover for weather manipulation?
