Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP) vs the War on Drugs

Steve from We Are Change CT recently interviewed Patrick Heintz, a former Mental Health Correctional Officer as well as member of LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition), about the futility and hypocrisy of the War on Drugs. Topics include what is LEAP, mandatory minimum sentencing, what he personally witnessed as a Correctional Officer, and some words of wisdom for those unfortunate people still stuck in the Drug Game.
