They say adults need 7-8 hours of sleep every night in order to function at their best and lead healthy, happy lives. But sometimes a one size fits all approach to our health doesn’t work for all of us. With enough coffee and sugar, we may feel like we’re awake, alert, and ready to go, but that might not be the case.
