fop masonic logoAccording to the Masonic Fraternal Order of Police Grand Lodge website, the Fraternal order of police(FOP), an alleged Union of over 325,000 police, “has called on congress to expand Federal hate crimes law to protect law enforcement officers and punish those who target these dedicated public servants.”

Chuck Canterbury, National President of the Fraternal Order of Police expressed his feelings,”My thoughts and prayers over the past few weeks have been with the families of officers who were, with malice and forethought, gunned down just because they served as police officers,” Canterbury said. “Enough is enough! It’s time for Congress to do something to protect the men and women who protect us.”

The FOP was at first formed in secrecy within masonic lodges in Pittsburgh because police were not allowed to unionize. The FOP was technically not organized as a union, but a secret society.

Once the city’s mayor accepted the group as a fraternity, it came out into the open. Like so many other historical groups, they partake in customs originated in Masonic lodges, terms like grand lodge, secret passwords and handshakes.

Many police departments and judiciary systems across the globe are saturated with Freemasons. Even here in Wisconsin.

In the United States allegations concerning Freemasonry and law enforcement have been rare until recently. In other countries, especially across Great Britain, press accounts are more common.

Last month politicians called for law enforcement and judges to identify if they belong to the Freemasons in Great Britain after a pedophile ring and claims of alleged top masons slipping through the cracks.

This raises many concerns, including the temptation give preferential treatment within an organization, beneficial lawsuits and beneficial indictments? Should public servants have to identify themselves as belonging to a secret society?

To some on the lower levels Freemasonry is a fraternity. However according to the Scottish Rite authority, Albert Pike, author of “Morals & Dogma”, and many other top masons, at the 33 degree Freemasonry is an occult religion saturated in Ancient Babylonian Mystery Religion.

“Masonry, like all the Religions, all the Mysteries, Hermeticism, and Alchemy, conceals its secrets from all except the Adepts and Sages (33 degree), or the Elect, and uses false explanations and misinterpretations of its symbols to mislead those who deserve only to be mislead; to conceal the Truth, which it calls light, and draw them away from it.” [Morals and Dogma, p. 104-5, 3rd Degree]

Also according to the Freemasons Encyclopedia authored by Albert Mackey, The Wicked Ruler Nimrod was considered one of the founders of the the craft of masonry.
