As more freedoms are taken, government doesn’t want a small town to have its fireworks display because of new regulation.

“Organizers didn’t comply with a federal rule, so now the holiday tradition has to be canceled. The rule states that when anyone buys shells and fireworks, they have to be brought to town the day of the show. They cannot be moved ahead of time and left overnight,”

The regulation was changed after the Boston Bombings for ‘security reasons’.

A resident told News 9&10, the July 4th fireworks show has happened every year since the early 1900’s.

What is the real threat? What if locals decided to have their firework display? Would the feds bring out the MRAPS?
